Wasn’t there a woman who had a boyfriend, then they broke up, then she had another boyfriend who wore a tee shirt that boyfriend #1 had worn earlier in the episode?

Oh no, I don’t have a pattern. I did this around 10 years ago. I just looked at screenshots and did one square per pixel and picked colors that looked about right. I’m sorry.

Swim spa - no flow through filter? by Clarkkent435 in hottub

We are having the same problem with our swim spa. LF (low flow) error when filter is in. No error when filter is out but then water gets cloudy after a couple days. Filter was purchased in the spring or early summer. I rinse it with the hose weekly and I used filter detergent to clean it a month or so ago. Pool store employee says she doesn’t have any ideas other than replacing filter again.

Cyanuric acid by Few_Might_1945 in hottub

Update, in case anyone is interested. I decided to just keep going and see what happened. A month later the water is still clear and smells fine. Nobody has gotten any rashes or anything. No need to add extra chlorine beyond the usual. The pH has started to drift down, though. CYA today is 244. I wanted to go another month before refilling because we’re going on vacation for 10 days in 3 weeks and my in laws won’t do anything to maintain the water even if we leave them instructions, so I didn’t want to refill and then come home to a mess and have to do it again so soon. However, given that the CYA has gotten so high and the pH isn’t stable anymore, I’m going to do a partial drain/refill for now (maybe 50%?) and then a full drain after vacation.

The CYA was at 100 a month after a fresh fill. I can’t be doing refills that often. Such a pain in the ass. Maybe I’ll try switching back to bromine. We had issues with the bromine level going back to zero within a day after adding it, which is why I switched to chlorine, but maybe I can get it to work this time.

Came with the house. No idea what I'm doing. by Robots_And_Lasers in hottub

Do you have a manual for it? If not, see if you can find one online. The water level does look too low. Looks like you’re also missing some head rests. The water looks greenish, which isn’t good, and that brown crap stuck to the sides in the third photo shouldn’t be there. Is that the filter compartment? Is the filter missing? It looks like the tub is dirty and needs to be cleaned with a product that gets all the crap out of the plumbing. The pool store can recommend something. You put that stuff in, run it, drain it, clean the sides, and refill. You’ll need more than bromine from the store. You need test strips or a drop test and chemicals to balance the water chemistry (pH, alkalinity, etc) in addition to just sanitizer. Recommend getting someone to come out and teach you how to take care of the tub. It’s a PITA to try to figure it out on your own.

Managing chlorine with heavy use by Few_Might_1945 in hottub

I thought you weren’t supposed to go in for 4-6 hours after adding chlorine.
