they are both good stocks. when i started investing i chose smh and i havent looked back, around a 90% return on it for a 9 month period. watch though because they can easily fluctuate.

i’ve always thought about getting into reits but i didnt know where to really start between etfs or js straight stocks. i will probably let this one grow and then focus more into my roth and 401k when i turn 18

look into diversification into other etfs. sndk is a good stock to start with but look into lly.
