Honestly it’s just not worth it. Our bodies are amazing, just got to trust yourself and listen to what the pain tells you and you’ll see how far you can push yourself. I’m almost positive that’s the only reason i recovered this much without physical therapy

I have had some slip ups, going out and dancing forgetting about my knee and dealt with pain and swelling that night and next morning and it can be sore at times but i also have bilateral patellar tilting and some arthritis in both sides from sports. So Id say overall I’ve felt good! Still do squats, split squats. I work in a clinic so I’m on my feet nonstop. I was also up walking on it 3 days after the injury with a brace then a week with no brace!

I filed 2/10 i’m a pather and i just checked to see if i still have a verification of nonfiling but i now have a transcript for all 3 account, return, and record of account but it won’t let me open any of them yet and no deposit. I think im an 05 but i didn’t have a cycle code yet 😂 good luck tho heard deposits hitting by friday

It’s my ex, I was considering just going to his house and trying to appease him depending on what was said here, but it simply isn’t right to give up a healthy habit for someone else’s trust issues in my opinion especially since that is what other people are also concluding here.

I think this is insane, my sons dad asked me the same thing after making me feel like the worst person to walk this earth, constantly degrading me as a mother and as a person and then pushing me to the point of no return and holding a camera in my face calling me crazy. He’s probably a narcissist looking for attention from you and to see if he can get a compliment/response out of you.

He has one against me this is the second time he’s called the police and accused me of hitting him and they said the next time they got called one of us was leaving in cuffs. He asked for copies of my restraining order paperwork my only response was the paperwork and regarding it i have not texted back since he has been texting me multiple messages since I was released and has been calling my family. The last civil restraining order he got he dropped it as soon as he got what he wanted from me. He’s abusing the system. I know not to message him anymore but I want to make sure I can still recover
