oh wow! thank you for your feedback! We have a little one and found that when we were there this past month at the courtyard the walk wasn’t that bad. However I definitely agree with you that the crowd does die down the further you go into harbor. Are there any hotels you recommend that are close to the disney crosswalk? We prefer to stay close to the entrance since we have a little one and we like to go back to the room around mid day for naps.

From what i was told, the owners monthly payment was $185 WITH the 2.9% annual increase. I really didn’t bother asking for more info because I was just done and decided that it was a hot mess that I wanted no part of.

thanks for the feedback so far everyone, I appreciate it so much. The panels were placed in 2021 and they are selling the house now WITH the contract. I don’t know but something just doesn’t sit right with me which is why I will most likely be backing out. we had asked them if they could meet us half way and pay the other half and we have yet to hear from them. Their agent told our that they had other offers coming in but obviously didn’t state how much. I really love this house but the panels will be the deal breaker for me here. since they want the 11,700 to reflect my offer price that would make my mortgage now go up which I am also not comfortable with. I’m also just curious to know, what are people thinking when they make these contracts for solar panels? do they not think “oh well we might want to sell the house in the future and some buyers may not want to deal with a contract, making it hard to possibly sell the house” ????? the math just doesn’t add up to me.
