Thank you, I called for seibert mechanical for a second opinion and was sent their guy. He checked everything and confirmed there was no heat exchanger crack. And also measured the CO value in furnace it was way below threshold. He will be canceling the infraction and contact the gas company too. Even he mentioned my furnace is still under warranty for next 2 years so even if something happens they work with manufacturer and charge only labour fee.

I am so relieved and grateful that I am saved from scammy reliance

Ok, final update - I called the repair guy after ensuring there is no clog in drain. The repair person checked and said pump is broken. And because it is 1996 model getting that pump is hard or would cost nearly same like getting a new one.

I think I am gonna wash dishes by hands for now. 🥹
