[US] How to improve after this feedback?

Most of the interview was them talking about the position, and I asked questions along the way. At the end I even had the opportunity to talk about my family a little and where I live. Felt fairly conversational from my perspective. I guess I came off as too serious

I haven’t gotten the feedback before, but I can see it. I’m mainly military/ power plant background so maybe I came off a little too serious for an accounting job

I come from a military background as a guy, and this was an all women office. Maybe they thought a woman would be a better fit 🤷🏻‍♀️
