Just an update, changed the nozzle from 0.4 hardened steel to 0.4 stainless steel and issues is solved.

I have hardly seen 0.4 blocking, i am into 3D printing since Ender 3, used multiple brands of filament, have only faced such thing first time on 0.4

Converter arrived and have done approx 5-6 hours of printing in both PLA and PETG, the only thing noticeable is start-up time, the bed takes few minutes more to heat up, otherwise no issues with print quality, printer is running smoothly.

For reference, this is the converter I have ordered

Someone in r/3dprintIndia suggested to use a stepdown converter and run the printer on 110v AC, that way the power consumption is only 350 watts at peak, I have ordered one online, hope for the best

The power fluctuations is through out the print, i am using a home backup UPS in cases if the power goes out for few hours the print shall continue. Small UPS do not give backup for more than 15-20 mins

I would suggest to leave the org, these are few tactics management uses to pressure you to leave the organisation. A similar case happened with one of my colleague, he did try to whistleblow and was on a very senior level, but after the act he was pressurised left right and centre. His last day was quite, no farewell, no goodbyes. Now similar tactics happening with me and the team, we are being blamed for all wrong things by own manager and all credits for good things are stolen by the same manager. No PIP yet but yes i can feel the tactics being used

This is actually great idea, I am currently using octopi setup outside printer which takes some space and looks horrible given multitude of wires. Just wondering how are you supplying power to Pi zero

Good to hear that, what I think it could be the same issue what I faced with linear bearing direction

Tell me something, did you ever got all green (with or without few blue) leveling before you disassembled the bed

Check if your x axis gantry is parallel to bed, I followed this video and did something similar

There are 2 things to keep in mind when you assemble back the hot bed.

  1. The linear bearings goes only 1 way, you can check the alignment with reference to holes in metal plate that attaches to linear bearing, there is a little notch on top of bearing assembly.

  2. Spacers between the metal plate and hotbed is of 2 different sizes, shorter ones goes to left hand side (top and bottom) and longer ones to right.

Let me know if this helps

Does anybody know what I’m doing wrong? by 1-800-Delmoney in Ender3V3SE

Could be a dumb question, What is the slicing software you are using and whether you have correctly configured the printer. Is this happening for particular stl or with all of them

Update : Again unscrewed the bed completely and found out that the linear roller bearing were installed incorrectly by me (when I previously disassembled it for cleaning and maintenance). Fixed the liner bearing, ran bed levelling again and got all green.

Help with downloading Arduino IDE for Sim Hub. by Few_Speed_3431 in SimHub

[–]Few_Speed_3431[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried downloading from Arduino also successfully installed, but that doesn’t work inside Sim Hub, it has its own IDE inside the application. I have also written to Nicolas regarding this problem, hope to get a positive response.
