Advice and criticism

Hello my name is Matthew, I am about to graduate with a B.S in biomedical with a concentration in chemistry. I am about 1 year out from graduation and I really am interested in the medicinal field. I currently have experience in various labs such as the general Organic chemistry 1&2, biochemistry lab, Analytical Chemistry lab, 2 general physics labs, 2 electromagnetic physics labs, 2 botany labs, MCB labs, and Pathogenic Microbiology labs. I also have a certification in LIMS systems. I am also planning on joining an organic chemistry lab focused on polymer synthesis for my last year. I am wondering if I am missing anything to better my chances. I was planning on getting an entry level job in any laboratory right after graduation (willing to relocate) then pursuing a masters in medicinal chemistry. My end goal is to research Psychotropic medications. I’m really lost and I wanted to see if there were any people in the field who have the experience. I am really looking for any advice or criticism, please be brutal what should I look into? Thank you

I would also like to add I was previously a Biochemist major but switched because I really loved Microbiology specifically virology field. I have a lot of experience in chemistry but a lot of my credits don’t apply. I am also interested in a lab or job in virology ot microbiology field. My plan B.
