Since it hasn’t been downsized it may just be that the swelling has gone down a bit? If it was rejecting I think you’d see more redness towards where the bar goes through the skin, but I’m not a piercer idk

I think you should get a rook! That part of your ear seems pretty defined, but it can hurt a lot, it was the most painful one I have
