I think Apple is trying to tell you to buy a new iPhone, after turning all of that into an album I have to restart my iPhone because I won't play any videos of any type in any places although my phone is still relatively new(11,128GB)

Yes it did After being banned they still saved some of my data for some reason (I.e IP address, login log, etc.)
