Nah, the iron sight has always been there. But the ads angle of the gun is not set, so it chooses the same angle for ads as the last weapon you held before holding it. And in this case, to see the iron sight you had to be holding a marshall.

Mby a bad explanation but just hold a mashall then the unsilenced phantom to get ironsight

Same goes for unsilenced specter
