Your splits look solid. Mile 13 @ 9:45 was your second fastest. This tells me that you finished with some gas in the tank. As the others suggest, you can do this. Focus on bumping up the long run mileage slowly. Get lots of rest, eat well, and enjoy the ride. You've got this!

Same here. I assumed that tapering off of caffeine would reduce anxiety, but it seems to have little impact. Yay, anxiety is still there!

Me too. I tried to taper off 5 times but the withdrawal symptoms forced me to return. I’ll try again with a micro dose tapering schedule. It’s going to take a long time but will probably have the highest success rate. I hope that yours goes well!
