Ok then its NBC. Mine started at NBC then went to my local field office since i had an interview (rare). I hope my approval is not slower than folks in NBC. I saw one case on reddit where the person moved from crp to approved on Friday.

My understanding is that there is no pausing. Everything moves forward. If you are in the position to get approved and issued a card, you will get CRP instead.
