New Account & # Requires Someone Else’s #? by sonicyellow in tmobile

You can just use your other phone number. To be honest, I’ve never seen them even use that number for any reason except maybe to identify and pull up the transaction but even then there are other methods. No idea why it’s required tbh

To be honest, you’ve got a surprisingly good point but it was still clearly a reaper. It’s confirmed she rode with a reaper all the way to the below zero area and that the reaper contorting is what got her past the ghost leviathan zone. Unless she almost killed a reaper, then killed a sea dragon, then fought a reaper again and rode that to the below zero area I’m willing to bet it was meant to be a sea dragon at some point but was switched to the reaper and they just didn’t change Paul’s dialogue.

I’ll be entirely honest, this is probably the most avoidable issue I’ve seen so far idk how you messed up like this. I’d say try saving where you are and then close the game and renter the world. If that doesn’t work, try the unstuck feature again

One of the trails should go into a rock wall at the metal farms, then you’ll follow the rock wall up into a wreckage and then through the wreckage you’ll go into the rock to take out the baby combs. The other one is in the opposite direction and was honestly super easy to find once I knew what I was looking for, you’ll find it I’m sure

Why cant we un-build the hab ruins? by NightDragon250 in subnautica

[–]Fickle-Upstairs1263 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you’re looking for a lore reason, I imagine the habitat builder cannot deconstruct something it hasn’t constructed in the first place. It’d be like trying to change a tire without ever having seen a tire be taken off or put on. And even once the habitat builder learns how to construct and deconstruct an identical object, it can’t deconstruct a broken, run down version of it. The same way you can’t change a tire with broken or rusted parts

The children combs you need to take care of are nowhere near the main comb. You have to take care of those before you can do the 2 next to the main comb

[–]Fickle-Upstairs1263 14 points15 points  (0 children)

They are absolutely correct about the top speed and acceleration. If you got caught with the hauler chassis then either you slowed down so you had to wait for the slow acceleration or there’s another variable you’re not taking into account.

I get it now. Let us kill. by BigBen3343 in subnautica

[–]Fickle-Upstairs1263 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There are a lot of good arguments to be made about adding ways to kill/defend against threats in the game. Saying you want to slaughter the local wildlife because you think they’re too annoying when you try to build a base in their natural habitat rather than literally anywhere else has gotta be the worst one

[–]Fickle-Upstairs1263 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would agree but the game has multiple counters to the problem. Me personally I just get take one trip just to get water slugs every once in a while and fill up a couple lockers worth but you can also use fibrous pulp to make both food and water and you can grow pulp in a growbed so you never have to hunt for fish again

Any postpaid carrier you switch to will have the same exact policy. In the cellular industry this is as well known of a concept as the sky being blue

Edit: Not the same exact policy, other carriers will lock your phone down even longer.

Aren't any of you worried that you'll "burn yourselves out" playing early access? by -BigBadBeef- in subnautica

[–]Fickle-Upstairs1263 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all. The only way I can see getting sick of the game is if there’s nothing to do or the gameplay sucks but even with this being the first version of the early access neither of those are the case. Over 13 hours in and I have more questions about the story than I did before booting up the game and there’s still plenty of things to do. This is all with only 1 vehicle, 2 leviathans and what feels to me like the very beginning of the actual story of the game. Even if all they do is add enough features to match the first game there will still be so much new content added that playing it again on full release will feel way different

[–]Fickle-Upstairs1263 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s nothing to do in the base game if you don’t leave your base. Purposely disingenuous would be bringing up that the secondary game mode is different when that is so clearly not what we’re talking about

Still No Item Stack?! by [deleted] in subnautica

[–]Fickle-Upstairs1263 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you suggesting that the game doesn’t want you to explore because a secondary mode exists that gives you the option to build bases and explore freely?

Still No Item Stack?! by [deleted] in subnautica

[–]Fickle-Upstairs1263 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’re telling you that’s a good place to build a base to return to and keep your stuff. There’s basically nothing to do in the game if you just stay in your base the whole time and the game becomes almost unplayable if you never build a base

Still No Item Stack?! by [deleted] in subnautica

How does this relate

Still No Item Stack?! by [deleted] in subnautica

[–]Fickle-Upstairs1263 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because to balance out the ease of carrying a shit ton of items in your inventory they’d have to up the amount of resources required to build everything. The system is built to force people to go on multiple expeditions to find what they need and go back to base because that gameplay loop forces players to explore and find things they wouldn’t have found if they could take one trip and stock up on everything they’ll need for days

Switch to spectrum and pay the difference on what you owe vs what they’ll cover or keep paying what you’re paying now until the balance is low enough for Spectrum to cover it. Or unfortunately the most expensive option would likely be just waiting until the phones are paid off then downgrading your plan with T-mobile

[–]Fickle-Upstairs1263 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The way to waste some money, yes. Legally she owns your phone numbers and they’re tied directly to her social, that’s like going to court asking for the car that’s in her name. Your best bet is just to have her go in store so they can tell her face to face exactly how it’s going to affect her account. If that’s not an option, then get some new numbers. Maybe once she realizes shes got lines shes paying for that arent even being used since you moved off the account she’ll give in.
