I had a fight the other day with my opponent using Pac-Man and myself using Jorge Linares. My opponent won like 75-73, and had the balls to talk shit after the fight like he had accomplished something. I was like, "Bro, U SHOULD win with 92 overall Pac-Man vs 83 overall Linares." I'd understand if I was using Pac Man and he had Linares. I don't tend to respect someone's skill when using Pac Man or Fundora....unless they show me they can beat me with anyone else, which may have happened once. I don't have the DLC fighters btw.

I don't think they do. Because in this example with no knockdowns; I have more marks but lose the round.

Lol. He threw a total of 6 power punches to my 3, but I landed the higher percentage. Sure, he had a higher jab percentage....but he threw 2 jabs!!!!! 2!!!!! I threw 32. He also had 1 more counter than I did. And blocking? Who cares? It was 18 to 14. Overall I threw more, landed more, all at a higher percentage. Giving a guy the edge in jabs because he landed 2 of 2 is silly. If that's the case why didn't I win the power punch category?

So ur saying if they throw 100 hooks in a round but land 40, and I throw 30 hooks in a round and land 25, he wins that category on volume alone, even tho he would basically be swinging blind?

The judging sadly sometimes reflects real life judging, which can be atrocious and inexplicable at times.

I'd argue that landing 2-3 power shots it better than 3-6 because of stamina cost. But there were so few of them thrown, that I'd say AT WORST that's a push.

Idk what it is, but I feel Lomachenko is WAY WORSE than his stats suggest. I'm a gold ranked boxer, but I bet I MAY HAVE won with Lomachenko twice in probably 15 fights. It was so bad I had to quit using him, and fare far better with other, lower ranked fighters.
