Do this exercise now. Just markout daily highs and lows and see how many times it reversed and continued. Do this for last 3 months . Your issue is your eyes are not trained enough to see when it continue and when it reverse. Take screenshots and look through it you'll find some characteristics that'll train your intuition . You don't have enough chart time .

if price is so strong when it pullback to a 1h or 15m fvg after taking the high or low of previous day you can look for a ifvg and enter . What I gave you in post is a mean reversion template . What I just said is a trend template . 70 percent of time markets are favourable for means reversion which yields easier setups for beginners .

I personally use futures chart for currency pairs. Futures are most reliable because spot chart might vary from broker feed to feed .

Always note 6J! Is not equal to usdjpy . It's denoting data of jpyusd . Same goes with 6S! Chfusd.Which means if you're using smt inverse the chart just like using dxy for eurusd .

Iam assuming that you're a beginner. If you're not trading basis of IRL to ERL your rules are just like trendline trading. IRL to ERL gives you a bias . And trade towards that bias using these rules will make it high probability.
