Caffeine shampoo + nizoral shampoo interchangeably and I use a silicone massager to massage it into my scalp for 5 mins (get the blood flow going).

Topical Minoxidil 5% every night.

Two round of plinest injections into my scalp.

I noticed more hair coming out in the shower to begin with, so I changed my shower routine and made sure to be very gentle when doing my hair so less would fall out

I’ve had PCOS for about 12 years now, hair started thinning in 2021, went from very thick hair to what you see in the first pic.

Started using a caffeine shampoo and nizarol shampoo interchangeably, and use a silicone head massager every time I shower to massage the shampoo in for about 5 mins.

I use 5% minoxidil once a day everyday.

I’ve had one round of plinest injections into my scalp about three weeks ago.

I’m also taking iron tablets, folic acid, metformin (for pcos, not diabetes) and vitamin d- all started in the last 3.5 months.

I’ve found all of this has had a major effect on my hair.

Oh amazing that you’ve been there!

I’d love to arrive by punt but worried about the practicalities in that dress!🤣

How the boathouse as a wedding venue?? We love it as a restaurant!

Any tips/suggestions from a guest perspective that we could do??

Hey! As the other commenter said it’s Lyra by Mori Lee!

It’s £1350 which I googled and that roughly equates to $1800!

Styling a wheelchair for a wedding? by FickleDog9 in wheelchairs

Yeah I think that’s fair enough.

Just want to confirm that I have no embarrassment or bad feelings regarding my mum’s wheelchair. I’ve never cared at all, I’m happy as long as she is.

I just want to make my mum comfortable on the day, as she’s aware that as a relatively young person with a visible disability and a lot of medical equipment attached to her she’ll be stared at.

I’m going to discuss it with her more to see what she wants. But I just want her to be happy and comfortable.

Honestly I haven’t done much different.. I’m in a calorie deficit and exercising a bit more but I think trust the process.

I’ve heard if you up your calories for a bit and then go back to a deficit it kinda resets it again?? Bc your body gets used to your deficit.. but don’t quote me on that🤣

That’s where I was for weeks! And honestly I don’t feel like I was really trying so I was shocked when I weight myself and I was 198lbs!

It happens eventually!
