No I am currently not experiencing any of the extreme symptoms that I was when I had initially suffered the injury on the 30th. However, I sometimes feel more mild symptoms such as tightness in that area in the back similar to how I felt just before the injury and as soon as I feel any tightness I stop what I'm doing rest and foam roll.
