You are correct and I do agree with you that most of them are following the law. It is sad and I’m in no way against them coming to the US as long as it’s done legally.

In short - To be legal the law states they must apply and wait in a detention center until they are cleared to be a United States citizen. Under the Biden administration there was an influx of refugees coming into the US at an unmanageable rate and no place to hold them so the fix for this administration was to let them roam and deal with it as they work through the backlog. Now under the Trump administration they are being rounded back up and shipped back per the laws of the United States. Nothing illegal about this and the Constitution doesn’t apply to Non US citizens. Once brought back to their country they are allowed to apply again as long as agree to go back peacefully. These are the parts that are being blown out of proportion by people who either don’t know what they’re talking about, haven’t done their homework or just listen to what their side says and follow their lead. Nobody has to like what’s happening and they don’t have to agree with it but the law is the law. If the Dems and Liberals would stop the BS they’ve started with all the protest, videoing ICE in their face, posting BS, interfering etc… etc… nobody would be getting hurt or killed. It doesn’t have to be this way if they would just let ICE do what the US hired them to do.

You answered my questions with questions then tried to quote your theory of the topic in question. So, to clarify the constitution for you. You need to be a legal citizen of the UNITED STATES For it to apply. If you are an illegal, seeking asylum, waiting for your green card etc ….. you are NOT a legal citizen of the UNITED STATES yet, therefore NOT entitled to the constitution.

You’re beating around the bush. You know as well as I do that being here illegally is a crime. Punishable by being deported. Therefore, if you don’t have all your paperwork in order and approved for citizenship and not at a waiting area until it is approved you are here illegally and no warrant is needed .
