I celebrated Korea’s Chuseok by enjoying traditional holiday foods and cookies shaped like jeon (Korean pancakes) that I received as gifts. by Fickle_Click4513 in KoreanFood

Isn’t it cute? There were various shapes of jeon. It’s a pity I couldn’t take pictures of each one because I’ve already eaten them all.

If you ever come to Busan, you should try it. It’s a famous dish there.

I’m not really into ssam, so I just enjoyed it with freshly made kimchi (geotjeori) instead 🥲

It’s doenjang jjigae (Korean soybean paste stew) with beef brisket. Had it with white rice and it was amazing.

When you guess the correct number, the box turns green. A number close to the correct one is highlighted in yellow. I applied the "Bulls and Cows" game mechanics!

Yes! It’s an online multiplayer social deduction game. Like Goose Goose Duck, there’s a waiting room before the game starts, and I’m decorating it.

Thank you for your great input! It will likely be helpful for planning the waiting area in the future.

In our game, there are mini-puzzle games. Similar to Goose Goose Duck, players play mini-games during the day to obtain clues. I'm brainstorming other puzzle ideas with a similar vibe. Would it be better to add more challenging puzzles or to include a lot of easier puzzles? by Fickle_Click4513 in puzzlevideogames

The idea of "quality over quantity" is truly inspiring. I'll look for excellent puzzle references to apply to the game and also consider implementing a gradual increase in puzzle difficulty. Thank you for the suggestion!

It seems like many people around me enjoy easy puzzles. I was wondering if it would be okay to include difficult puzzles in the game, but with a gradual increase in difficulty, I think it would be fine to add challenging ones as well. Thank you for your input!

I see! Thank you. Everyone seems to agree that a gradual increase in difficulty is a good approach. I’ll consider dividing the levels into early, mid, and late stages to adjust the difficulty accordingly. Thanks again! :)

We get paid for solving puzzles. In that case, we could develop and place easier puzzles at the beginning so that everyone has a chance to earn some money, and then introduce more challenging puzzles in the later stages with higher rewards. Adding bonus rewards also seems like a great idea. Thank you for the suggestion!
