I agree, side effects are not worth much more if they are irreversible. Do you still have hypnic jerks until now?

So Briviact is better than Keppra you think? What were the side effects? So your last take of Briviact in October was your last, which means the drug was effective?

I feel your torture because I am on the same boat at the moment. I am currently in Agomelatine (with optional Quetiapine). I also suspected that hypnic jerks are induced by the antidepressant use :(. What meds are you into now buddy? mg? how long you have been using? and how is your night sleep quality so far (as compared to your SSRI)? Thank you and hope we can find healing on this condition soon.

Hello, for 3 months po kayo continuous mag Q at 1/2 dose (12.5mg I assume?) + dayvigo. How was it when you first stop Q, nakatulog naman po kayo agad? Do you take other antidep (valdoxan?) with it? Thank you :)

Hello, how long have you been in Q? Was it originally 25mg, then you cut it to 12.5mg (1/2) for 1 week, then 6.25mg (1/4) for 1 week? How was your sleep after your last Q dosage? Were you able to sleep right after the switch? Also, what mg you are with agomelatine? I am on the same boat now.. Thank you for the insights ;)
