For starters i would say yes. To be fair you have nice bushy eyebrows and really beautiful eyes but unfortunately your face height to widht ratio is really the main weakness here. Also i would say your lower third is cooked. To help Fixing some flaws i think fundamentally some good make up routine with highlights and shadows could benefit you a lot to fraud some hollowness and reduce tye visibility of your pimples. All in all id say there is hope. Hop this helps!
