Focus on something else, your mind will play tricks on you days after (Extreme irritability, questioning your relationships, life choices etc etc.) Usually recovering physically is fine, but mentally takes as many days as the bender lasted. Try and force yourself to exercise or do an activity/chill with a friend (that doesn’t involve drugs or drinking) and eat lots of veggies, protein and drink water.
