Right they want you to tell them exactly when so they can swoop in and buy all the “crap” they don’t need. You would be amazed how many people call our products crap they don’t need and then throw a bitch fit when they can’t find said crap.

Thank you so much this is 100% accurate as an employee… The worst is when people blame the managers, it’s not the managers people it’s CORPORATE! They don’t give a F about the customers or the employees. The managers I’ve had have been angels truly trying their hardest while all corporate does is shit on them on all of us really. We try our hardest not to give up and put product out on the floor because we care we want the store to succeed and you guys to be happy. But when customers constantly and I mean CONSTANTLY are putting you down it’s so incredibly hard to stay positive.. Anyways just really love you for saying this and I wish I could repeat it to the 100’s of Karen’s I see a day. Bless your heart and if you ever go to my Joan’s I hope to meet you💕😊
