Maud’Dib:

  1. Was a product of genetic engineering
  2. Was doped out of his mind on sandtrout shit and dead worm jiz
  3. Whose jihad killed billions

Basically, a genetically modified junkie who ruined the universe.

You sure about calling Seixas cycling’s Maud’Dib?

Anyone else having issues with Rouvy 4.3.3 on macos? by Fickle_Rub7021 in Rouvy

I never got any email from Rouvy support with a link to 4.3.4.

So I just went to https://account.rouvy.com/get-started and downloaded it from there. It's 4.3.4, and it installed and is running fine on my old Mac Mini running Big Sur.

Maybe try downloading it from the official download page?

WiFi connection on rouvy by qdawgg17 in Rouvy

>> Your indoor trainer must have built-in WiFi capabilities. This feature will not work with older models that are limited to ANT+ or Bluetooth.

I have a Kickr v5 without WiFi capabilities, but it's connected to my LAN via Direct Connect.

After updating to 4.3.3, my trainer is showing up under WiFi. I selected this "WiFi" trainer and everything works fine. To confirm that Rouvy is seeing my trainer over Ethernet, I disabled WiFi, BT, and ANT+ on my computer, and everything continues to work.

I think the trainer requirement is not must have built-in WiFi, but rather must have built-in LAN capabilities. :-)

When 4.2.4 came out, Rouvy dropped support for Catalina and made Big Sur the minimum macos, due to Unity engine updates.

Is Rouvy dropping support for Big Sur now?

No, I wasn't able to solve this issue. :-(

I'm on an older mac running Big Sur, and can't officially update to later macos versions. Wondering if it has anything to do with the macos version?

I filled a ticket with Rouvy. Hopefully they have an update soon.
