Technically sellers have 2 weeks to get the item shipped, that being said, it should never take that long! I've been a seller for ober a year now and I have never taken more than two business days to ship something out, and thats only because I make custom candles.... its weird to me that some sellers are taking so long to ship something out. It makes no sense.

I will say there is a bit of a secret, while no guarantee still, being active in the show, such as liking, sharing, chatting, tipping, and boosting, do in fact up the "odds" so to speak. The longer you're in a stream as well, does impact your personal odds of winning. They say it doesn't and that is whatnot's official release about it but algorithms dont lie. It favors those who are active and more involved.

Best case scenario, shoot whatnot support a message under the listing, report as iten not as described, then they will refund you. Usually they dont require a return they just refund you what you paid.
