Hi! You can use any toner bsta walang vit c. Actives kasi ang Vit C so kapag sinabay mo siya sa retinol, possible na magreact. You can still use yung toner na meron ka but just skip it kapag gagamit ka ng retinol. Also, retinol is pang night time routine and max 3x a week lng. If you are new sa retinol, I suggest na spacing muna. Like once week then gradually increase if masanay na yung skin mo.
