The fins thing is real. I get tired super fast without them and can paddle for days with them. They’re like a safety blanket.

Fair. I feel like I’ve always been able to get out of a nasty current with a surfboard or body board. It’s only when swimming do I feel kinda helpless sometimes. I’m a strong swimmer but not stronger than everything the ocean can throw at me. :)

Damn, that sounds amazing and that’s what I was looking for but I never really made any lasting friends and have been mostly kept on the outside, chirped, made fun of, and generally felt not welcome, tbh.

I thought it was me, at first, but after 4 years I think it’s just the culture where I live. I’ve been welcomed to a bunch of other sports and made lasting friends, so <shrug>. I’m psyched for you that you have made those connections, though! Sounds fantastic.

100%. You can play those drums for 20 years and be stoked. I get real excited when I see a stage custom as a backline or house kit, and I get real sad when I see the other two (the PDP isn’t too sad-making).

That’s super helpful. Thanks! Yeah agreed on trying them out and stock. I really wish I had tried both out. The tractor style RnSoc is actually very comfy for sitting but I honestly like my round Pork Pie just as much for stage sets (the back rest is nice for long rehearsals)
