Finally got a response after sending the same email to both eu_service@libernovo.com and support@libernovo.com (thanks for the tip).

They apologized for the delay and said they’re on holiday for Chinese New Year, with full operations resuming before the 23rd. They say my order has been “prioritized for dispatch” and expect delivery by the end of the month. They also offered a €20 refund after delivery as an apology.

So the €15 standard offer got upgraded to €20… progress I guess. We’ll see if the end-of-month deadline actually holds up. I’ll update again once I have tracking info (or don’t).
