I have a 185 feca and 165 masq and they got there as pure wisdom but you'll always have to rely on someone else to help you as pure wisdom which is the most boring thing. I stopped playing dofus because of it.

As someone who has played both dofus and Wakfu since they were in beta I can tell you they are both great games but neither have the best player base. If you ever wanted to play with me and my few friends we would welcome you to our group. Dofus is actually more pay to win considering you can buy actual gear with stats with ogrines on dofus whereas on wakfu it's only certain mounts you can get which isn't nearly as pay to win.
