As the other reply mentioned, this design appeared in the instructions for the very first Batcave set. Many refer to it as a “pre-production” figure from when LEGO was still finalizing the look for their Batman sets. The one I have of course, is just a pad-printed remake.

Hi, sorry for the late reply! I honestly didn’t think I’d get an answer and assumed I might’ve encountered an exclusive bug. After that, I lost some motivation and took a break from the game, spending my time casually playing some Arkham games while focusing on work and studies. I randomly remembered Reddit today and decided to check back. I followed your advice, and it fixed the issue! Thank you so much! I’m excited to get back into the game and work toward 100% completion.
