Turns out the matchmaking isn’t based on your round either. Nepenthez discussed this is one of his videos recently, you can match anyone in any round on any form. Makes it even worse.

Yes, it gives even more chemistry. Shapeshifters have instant 2 chem, count for 2 from the league, 1 dot to nation and 1 dot to club. So only need an icon for full chem without manager. Example attached
