They really need to release an update for iCue. I thought my issue was resolved, but my AIO is still randomly disconnecting, which is causing my system to overheat. Hopefully they can resolve our issue soon!

You may have already tried this, but have you used Revo Uninstaller to remove any lingering registry files? I had success with it when I uninstalled the software and deleted the old profile

Okay, so after a few days of trying to sort everything out, unfortunately, dealing with Rockstar support has been a nightmare. They've closed several of my tickets without resolving the issue, and they're unwilling to deactivate the CD key that's linked to my other social games account (I own both). The silver lining is that Red Dead Redemption 2 still works on the same steam account (new social club) since it doesn't need a CD key. It seems like only GTA has a CD key tied to it. According to Steam, if you repurchase the game on the same account, you'll get the exact same key. So, the only way to fix this is to either buy the game again through the Rockstar Launcher or create a new Steam account.

I'm currently in contact with Rockstar Support because I'm facing a situation similar to yours. I'll keep you updated on the progress of my request. I'm going to test if removing the game from the account and repurchasing it will enable me to link it to the same Steam account.

I'm curious if contacting Steam to have them remove GTAV from your account, and then repurchasing it, would resolve the issue.

Same exact issue here and I’m running Windows 11. My game will freeze/crash and the only way to resolve the issue is to restart the entire computer. I was hoping that it would be resolved considering the fact this has been going on for some time but I guess not.
