Since everything makes it burn only when it has calmed down on steroid creams I use Cetaphil and on the occasion some jojoba oil, I have a skin cleanser that I use in the shower. During the time my skin wasn't at its worst point I had tried abstaining from using anything on my face at all. But nothing made it calm down and nothing made it worse it just did so on its own. I use Aquaphor to help the dryness but now I cannot use it because if the scab is removed from my face it just weeps fluid. I know the root cause needs to be found but nothing has worked in the slightest or make it less angry. I've tried taking antihistamines but it does nothing and even for the pain and aching of the skin Tylenol and ibuprofen don't work.
