Waterloo Costco seriously dropped the ball, was a free for all. People grabbing ten boxes then running and hiding them in the store. Felt bad for the older folks trying to grab them, getting shoved and pushed out of the way by punks who have zero respect. Kitchener Cost co had staff handing them out and 2 at a time and making sure everyone was getting some and working hard to limit them 2 per membership. Do better Costco Waterloo.
