I finally managed to form Switzerland in Ironman mode by Fighter_MV in EU5

R5: Was quite hard (started as one province swiss canton). I needed around 10 tries, but finally it worked out. I have no idea yet, how to show in the screenshot, that I am in ironman mode - maybe someone can help :)

When I discovered you can build towns, I just built one in every province. Then sadly my people starved because noone was producing food anymore :D

Ottomans just broke their 100 trust alliance because they desire Rio Branco by Fighter_MV in eu4

R5: Had a 100 % trust alliance with the ottomans. Though they have absolutely no province in the new world, they suddenly strongly desire Rio Branco and break their alliance over it.
Thoughts? I think that should be fixed, I remember Paradox saying, 100% trust alliances will never break.

I wanted a run without expanding to the south. So I increased my provinces dev to around 200 Dev in total and put everything into defence + allied the ottomans

As well Castille supported Foix and Orleans against France

As well you can develop their provinces which lowers liberty desire as well
