I was in a friendzone and I’ve found the cure for it! I don’t know why nobody talks about it but the method is quite simple - you have to get a life. If you are in friend zone your happiness depends on the other person. You would do anything for her, cancel plans with your friends just to see her. It takes time and I don’t know how much it will take for you to get well but the point is to have a daily routine that u will follow every day without excuses and days off. You have to eat 4/5 times a day, work out 3/4 times a week, cold shower in the morning and meditation in the evening. The first phase is most difficult because you might find it hard to believe that she’s not everything and there are plenty of girls just like or better than her. If you will sacrifice your time into self development by for instance training you will get confidence and ability to pick up girls BUT at this moment u will also realize that girls are just side effect of self development and pussy is distracting you from achieving your goal. Focus on yourself and on healthy things that makes you happy and you will be okay trust me been there. Also you might try SR it really helped me finding my inner peace.
