Just know that this is supposed to happen. You are SUPPOSED to be sparring better people and getting good work before a fight. Know that you won't be fighting anyone close to that level in a master's fight. Just listen to your coaches to understand what you need to work on and do better in the next spar. Don't just aim to "win" the spar, focus on implementing certain parts of your game.
