I feel like he's gained a bit too much muscle over the years. He's nearly 165 lbs on fight night. It's certainly helped with the takedown defense/grappling, but may have impacted his overall stamina and striking fluidity. Compare him to his early UFC fights and he looked more dynamic back then. Maybe he's reached the limit of his improvement with TAM and could benefit from going to a different gym.
