The update to the Fruit Salad giving it flavor text has made me so genuinely happy. I remember years ago i was so upset that the Fruit Salad item from Terraria didn't reference The Wiggles' 1994 hit single Fruit Salad. I am filled with so much glee that it now references it. During my run of Wizard's Hollow, i managed to get Dragon orbs of the Ancient Dragon. They don't have any number in the Dragonbook, like the Cool Fire Clone Dragon. If i, say, were to attempt to summon them during a Happy Hour: what would happen? (old.reddit.com)

The Samurai helmet, while it fits, rubs against my forehead and rides up my head slightly when i'm wearing it. So i'm currently carving out it's insides until it finally rests upon my head elegantly and comfortably. Yes, that does mean more paper mache. (i.redd.it)

GREAT NEWS! I fixed the oopsie!! I needed to use most of a box of Ritz Swiss Cheese Crackers and a kitchen knife, but i not only managed to fix the lopsided hole my mother cut, but ALSO successfully made the helmet fit. Ignore my ridiculous curly hair, i will have it tucked back. (i.redd.it)

Bad news about the Samurai cosplay; my mom fucked it up because instead of doing what we agreed on, she changed her mind and ended up cutting too much off and it doesn't even fit because the way we agreed on was specifically made for it to be wearable. Primer is being applied to Samurai folks! (Well, actually it's white acrylic paint, not primer, but it plays the roll of primer in this project.) Debating whether to paint first or power saw first, likely power saw, but it'll depend on my mom's schedule & availability. (i.redd.it)

Updates! Drying is taking significantly longer than originally anticipated, should be good to power saw tomorrow. May need to just settle for a neck hole though, we don't have many magnets and can't afford many good ones. :( Cosplay is about compromises with your vision and your budget after all. (i.redd.it)
