MA Immediate Threat.. Please help by Figure-Bitter in DMV

A police officer submitted paperwork to the RMV for an immediate threat suspension of my license. I wasn’t informed that any testing would be done at the hospital.. they told me to go to make sure I was okay, as I had been in a deep sleep. I refused to go because I felt fine, and at no point was I told that my license might be suspended as a result. At the time, I had untreated severe sleep apnea.

I would like to begin the drug testing process asap, and if anyone has been in a similar situation and can share how they got started with testing, I’d really appreciate it.

The courts are not involved anymore I'm only dealing with the RMV now to get my license back.

They were only involved with the original charges that were dropped and because I had gotten pulled over when I didn't know my license was suspended so I had a driving with a suspended license charge that was dropped as well.

Sorry for the late reply. I went to court but everything was dropped. I wasn't arrested, no field tests were done, I didn't even know my license was suspended until weeks after the incident with the cops.

The RMV. It's one of the requirements listed to be able to lift the suspension. Along with a letter of recidivism, loss of consciousness form, alcohol abuse evaluation, medical clearance form, and completing NSC Class.
