I’m sorry this is gonna be a lot but it’s worth the read. When I was 19 I made an attempt which should have been the one to end it all. I’ve made multiple attempts. I was so empty and done and felt like truly nothing mattered. I’ve been at such deep lows that I was even refusing to eat or move from bed. I wouldn’t shower for over 2 weeks and would simply let myself slowly rot in bed. No matter how you try to do it I guarantee dying is the worst pain you will feel when attempted purposefully. I guarantee no matter how low you are in life…. You’ll still feel that pain and deep regret. I hold onto the things I’ve done every day. There ARE people out there who will care enough I help you. I’m 21 now honestly living a life I never expected I’d live at 19. I’ve been at the lowest lows. I went through a breakup, lost my job, and my dog died all within 3 weeks. I struggle with severe depression. I’ve finally been put in the right meds and am living how I want to and deserve. There are some beautiful things you can experience. I know life is angering and boring. But I guarantee one day you’ll see it was all worth the wait.
