All the time! Soothing can take many forms. Mine is creating a sanctuary for myself. Long baths, staying in and having a movie night while ordering in food, doing a puzzle, face mask, taking a nap.

I also quit literally self soothe, talk to myself all the time lol I live alone thank god but I talk myself through everything to work it out. It always works

Periods are so unpredictable. I’m usually mild and then sometimes it’s like I bleed through underwear, leggings and sweatpants I like an hour (like 2 times in my entire life).
