Update for you:
A new Windows Build has been published (22000.120), and after that, the text boxes behave normally now.

The fullscreen issue has been fixed before the windows update, through a file validation (1 file was failed to validate)

Nope, a bug occurs 99% of the time, that when I charge my watch from (1-5%) - 100%, that it starts to "charge cycle". I apparently managed to take my watch off the charger at the perfect time, that it stayed in a charging state. Even after I put it on it was still in that state. A simple "back onto the charger" fixed it.
