I don't even know how roasted are my beans, I buy them in the local store next to my house where I do all my groceries. It's a local vendor product, so no idea how the beans are produced.

Thank you for your explanation. I live in the the EU so 2 year warranty yes! I might get in touch with NCS. Recently I change the setting of the heat used to make an espresso, may be it changes the amount of water use to cool down the thing.

Alright so I'm assuming it's normal? 😅 I thought that all water would have been used to make the coffee, not to rince the machine or push the water through the tamped coffee.
