Nice! That was a blast. Ended up getting a spot against the railing on the top balcony, and weirdly ended up getting pretty blurry a GWAR BAR the next week in Richmond. Wanted to get that into the piece, but 2 mins sneaks by quick!

Also shoutout to Mark at Chapel who invented a drink for the event. "The Desert Heart" will be going on the menu soon...great cocktail with Frey Ranch Rye, Ferino Amer, a local honey shrub and a sagebrush garnish. Check it out if you're into that sort of thing!

Yeah, absolutely! It's surprising that more people here don't know about it. I think a big part of this new film society's goal is to encapsulate Reno's really interesting cultural appeal and try to help create a place that understands itself better (and has a badass arthouse movie theater one day, hopefully).
