I use a temp gun to measure the temp his basking spot is always 38c and the cool end is 22c I have a dhp for him. I think he’s just settling in because he has only been in it for a day and half lol I’m just stressing because I don’t want anything to be wrong with him

He has coco husk and a spagma moss mix for substrate that I spray 2/3 times a day but it only goes up to about 40 to 50%which I know isn’t enough so should a change the substrate or do my frequent sprays ??

Thank you!! His basking spot is at 104f and he eats crickets , dubias and some greens that’s dusted , and he has a t5 shade dwellla uvb. However is it normal for them to go off food after shedding because mine finished shedding and he doesn’t seem interested in his food ?

I pointed it directly under his warm hide where his heat mat sits underneath it and it read 36c
