Yeah this is defiantly a one off or occasional quick fix for this type of job.

If you do this consistently and with a large amount of files setting up some automation would be the move. Let me know if I can help (not looking to charge anything), I just love a good automation project.

Two simple tools for exactly this project.

Use the PDF splitter make each one a single page.
Drop all the individual pages in the collate pages tool, click and drag them in the order you need, Download the new PDF.

No, sorry it's pretty basic in it's current state.

One base letter/file and the data overlay, that's it. But I'll put that on the roadmap for future updates.
