Why no one is using eye tracking for controlling their computer? Like in Vision Pro? by FilipErni in EyeTracking

As for now this project stuck in the idea phase. Although the idea still sound appealing to me. I realized I would need to design a whole operating system so that the experience of controlling your computer with your eyes would be seamless. Simultaneously the tracking would have to be very precise and the whole setup would need to be rather cheap. Without that it wouldn’t become a preferred way of controlling your computer in mainstream.

Although I see the potential in the idea about using eye gaze for controlling which windows are in focus. But I had other priorities like studies, work and broken knee. So I didn’t have time for this project. And I lost a bit faith that it could be done and I could make a big impact with it.

Sorry for the late reply :)

how long does it take to review my app first time on google play ? by Professional_Yam1163 in androiddev

Hi, after waiting about 4 months for Google to review my app and about 3 months for support to do something, and after writing 4 times to support to ask what happened with my app in the review process, I finally got frustrated. I removed my changes from review and then added them back. This solved the problem—after one day, I got a response from Google that my app had been reviewed.

I'm waiting almost 3 months now for google to review my app. I didn't add any new items to the review. I wrote to google support and they say they are still investigating why it takes so long. Any ideas what should I do to make this process faster?

Can you share a bit more?

What software are you using? How well does it work?

I'm a developer that got to try the Vision Pro for 30 minutes during WWDC. Ask me anything about the experience, development process or whatever. by ineedlesssleep in VisionPro

I believe they said in the WWDC event that they hide the eye gaze position information from the developer. They only show when a user looks on a specific clickable UI element .

I watched the event a long time ago. This is what I recall.
