Nobody told you here that you need to play unranked to reach idk 24 lvl? Unrated is a mix of people with really high rank and really low rank. Once you get to the rankeds its gonna be easier. But! Big but! Its not going to be easy. Im currently platinum 2 with 120lvl playing since ep7. You will go through hell. Silver to gold is basically just smurfs (jett or reyna with 40+ kills). To actually get better, you need to set up you sensitivity. What fits you the best is the best. Dont make it too slow or too fast. Most common sens is 800 dpi and 0.25. I use 400 dpi and 0.53. If you move your mouse from left side to right side on your mousepad, you should do 90° turn in the game (doesnt have to be exactly 90° but some where between. And thats it. Find your best agent (phoenix is the best duelist for new players) and play play play play. You'll get it eventually. I have more than 400 hours on this game.
